Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities in South Africa: 2–5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS where available. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Pulix is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will work with the courier to investigate and provide updates.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
